Q-1 What is sensor unit name?

Do we really expect technicians to name sensor units? These are “grey” boxes for them. Maybe we should rename this to Location, letting them describe where sensor unit is located.

Q-2 Multi chiller systems seems to have incorrect report building. How they should be accounted?

Chillers 2, 3 .. N are not included in total electrical consumption of the system.

Q-3 What is the purpose of having individual sensor units as a separate list in the top menu?

What is the user flow that uses it?

Q-4 What is the reason to develop mobile application?

What problem does it solve that web portal cannot? Can it be postponed until we have a customer request for it?

Q-5 Do we have a general manual for the reseller?

Maxwell fluid is not easy to handle. M&V kit is not easy to setup. If we expect reseller to be autonomous, we need to give them a “Handbook” or “Operation manual”.
